Step 1
Remove Google access
Go to your Google Account’s third-party connections page. Select Naronim Platform, review its access, choose Remove access, and confirm. If your organization granted a property role, service-account role, or manager relationship separately, an authorized Google administrator should also remove that access in the relevant Google service.
Removing access prevents future access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete information that was previously transferred to Naronim.
Step 2
Request deletion from Naronim
Reveal the support address below and send a message with the subject Google data deletion request. Include only:
- your name and business email;
- the organization you are authorized to represent;
- the Google service and property, account, site, profile, or other resource identifier concerned;
- whether you want a specific connection, a defined data set, or the full Naronim Platform relationship reviewed for deletion; and
- any support reference already issued by Naronim.
Naronim will not ask for your Google password, one-time password, recovery code, OAuth client secret, refresh token, service-account private key, or other private key to process a deletion request.
Step 3
Verify identity and authority
Naronim will use the minimum information reasonably needed to confirm the requester’s identity and authority for the organization and Google resource. Verification may use the business contact already associated with the customer account, an authorized Naronim Studio user, or confirmation from an existing customer administrator. Do not send identity documents unless Naronim explains why they are necessary and provides an approved secure method.
Step 4
Review and complete the request
After verification, Naronim will identify the data within scope, disable applicable Naronim connections, delete or de-identify information that can be removed, and explain any information that cannot yet be deleted. Naronim will confirm the result through an approved contact channel. No universal completion time is promised because the scope, system, backups, customer instructions, and legal requirements can differ.
Information that may be retained
Limited records may be retained when needed for legal obligations, security and abuse prevention, fraud investigation, billing or contractual records, legal claims, audit integrity, or recovery backups that follow a controlled expiration cycle. Retained information remains subject to access restrictions and is not kept merely because a connection was once active.
Need help?
If you cannot identify the correct Google resource or no longer have access to the original business email, contact support with the information you do have. Do not send credentials.
