Google Platform Terms of Service

These Terms apply to a business organization’s use of Naronim Platform to connect and manage access to Google services.

1. Service and agreement

Naronim Platform provides business tools and managed services for connecting approved Google services, retrieving and presenting authorized data, supporting agreed operational work, and performing separately authorized actions. These public Terms supplement any signed Order Form, master agreement, data processing addendum, or other written customer agreement. Signed terms control if there is a conflict.

Public descriptions do not promise that every Google service, scope, or feature is available to every customer.

2. Business authority

You must use Naronim Platform for authorized business purposes and have authority to act for the organization and Google assets you connect. Invitations, roles, and credentials may not be transferred to an unauthorized person.

3. Google authorization and ownership

The customer remains the owner or primary controller of its Google accounts, properties, profiles, advertising accounts, merchant resources, and related data. Granting Naronim a manager role, OAuth permission, service-account role, or other access does not transfer ownership.

Naronim may use only the access needed for the agreed service. The customer can revoke access, subject to the effects described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions. A Google permission technically capable of an action is not, by itself, customer approval for Naronim to take that action.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to access another organization’s data without authority, bypass security, interfere with the platform, distribute malicious code, violate law or third-party rights, impersonate another person, submit unlawfully obtained information, or direct Naronim to violate Google policies. Automated resale, scraping, or security testing requires written authorization.

5. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for selecting appropriate Google roles, reviewing authorization screens, maintaining its Google administrators and recovery controls, providing lawful instructions, confirming the accuracy of connected property identifiers, reviewing reports and proposed actions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, OAuth client secrets, private keys, or unrestricted credential files through public pages or ordinary support messages.

6. Google and other third-party services

Google services are provided by Google under Google’s own terms and policies. Their availability, APIs, quotas, permissions, data coverage, and features may change. Naronim does not control Google systems and cannot guarantee that a Google service or data set will remain available.

7. Suspension and termination

Naronim may limit or suspend a connection to address a security risk, suspected fraud, unlawful or unauthorized use, policy violation, nonpayment, material breach, or a third-party service restriction. Where reasonable, Naronim will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Contract termination and any export or transition assistance are governed by the signed customer agreement.

8. Intellectual property and customer data

Naronim and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, connectors, methods, and documentation. The customer retains its rights in customer data and Google assets. The customer authorizes Naronim to process customer data only as needed for the service and other documented instructions.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Google data and API responses can be incomplete, delayed, sampled, limited, or changed by the source service. Reports and automated findings require appropriate business review. Public and evaluation access is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Warranties, service commitments, liability limits, fees, cancellation, refunds, governing law, and dispute procedures for paid services are stated in the applicable signed agreement.

10. Changes

Naronim may update these Terms to reflect service, policy, or legal changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes affecting a contracted customer are handled under the applicable agreement.
